Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC6A20 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 132 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC6A20-associated genes across cancer lineages are SSBP1, ZNF29P, and UPK1B. Each is linked with SLC6A20 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC6A20-to-partner and partner-to-SLC6A20 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC6A20 versus SSBP1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
