Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC6A20 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,780 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC6A20-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein import into nucleus, Regulation of myoblast fusion, and Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with SLC6A20 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC6A20-to-partner and partner-to-SLC6A20 results are reported.
