Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC6A20 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC6A20-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASZ1, ADAMTSL3, and TNNI1. Each is linked with SLC6A20 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC6A20-to-partner and partner-to-SLC6A20 results are reported.
