Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC6A2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 101 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC6A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP14, RASA4, and STXBP3. Each is linked with SLC6A2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC6A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC6A2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, USP14 grouped by SLC6A2-low versus SLC6A2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC6A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC6A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
