Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC6A17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,962 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC6A17-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TACO1, UCHL1, and MAP1A. Each is linked with SLC6A17 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC6A17-to-partner and partner-to-SLC6A17 results are reported.
