Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC6A17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,182 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC6A17-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cell division, Regulation of post-translational protein modification, and Negative regulation of bone mineralization involved in bone maturation. Each is linked with SLC6A17 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC6A17-to-partner and partner-to-SLC6A17 results are reported.
