Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC6A16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,313 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC6A16-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CYRIA, XPC, and TNKS1BP1. Each is linked with SLC6A16 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC6A16-to-partner and partner-to-SLC6A16 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC6A16 versus CYRIA in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.23.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC6A16→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC6A16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
