SLC6A16

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC6A16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,192 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC6A16-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD37, TEAD2, and DKKL1. Each is linked with SLC6A16 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC6A16-to-partner and partner-to-SLC6A16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC6A16 versus CD37 in BLOOD_Lymphoma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC6A16→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC6A16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
