The most reproducible SLC6A16-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptidyl-lysine modification, Positive regulation of monoatomic ion transport, and Base-excision repair. Each is linked with SLC6A16 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC6A16-to-partner and partner-to-SLC6A16 results are reported.
