Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC6A13 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,056 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC6A13-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-528P, OR4C9P, and HSBP1P2. Each is linked with SLC6A13 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC6A13-to-partner and partner-to-SLC6A13 results are reported.
