The most reproducible SLC6A12-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Amino acid neurotransmitter reuptake, Gamma-aminobutyric acid reuptake, and Glycine betaine transport. Each is linked with SLC6A12 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC6A12-to-partner and partner-to-SLC6A12 results are reported.
