SLC6A11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC6A11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,895 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC6A11-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPP2R2C, ARHGEF4, and GPR156. Each is linked with SLC6A11 in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC6A11-to-partner and partner-to-SLC6A11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC6A11 versus PPP2R2C in ESCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC6A11→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC6A11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
