Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC6A11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 426 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC6A11-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAGEB5, MRLN, and CRYGD. Each is linked with SLC6A11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC6A11-to-partner and partner-to-SLC6A11 results are reported.
