Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC6A1-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,803 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC6A1-AS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FERMT2, ANTXR1, and CNRIP1. Each is linked with SLC6A1-AS1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC6A1-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC6A1-AS1 results are reported.
