Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC66A3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,711 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC66A3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD79A, SLAMF1, and MAL2. Each is linked with SLC66A3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC66A3-to-partner and partner-to-SLC66A3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC66A3 versus CD79A in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC66A3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC66A3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
