Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC66A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,162 significant associations in total. LGG shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC66A1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Isopentenyl diphosphate biosynthetic process, Galactose catabolic process, and tRNA thio-modification. Each is linked with SLC66A1 in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC66A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC66A1 results are reported.
