SLC66A1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC66A1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC66A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDCD4, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and p38-MAPK. Each is linked with SLC66A1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC66A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC66A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PDCD4 grouped by SLC66A1-low versus SLC66A1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC66A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC66A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
