SLC5A9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC5A9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,642 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC5A9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KLC4, AGO1, and DDAH2. Each is linked with SLC5A9 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC5A9-to-partner and partner-to-SLC5A9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC5A9 versus KLC4 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC5A9→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC5A9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
