Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC5A9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,826 significant associations in total. LIVER shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC5A9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Norepinephrine-epinephrine-mediated vasodilation involved in regulation of systemic arterial blood pressure, Oocyte growth, and Regulation of sphingolipid biosynthetic process. Each is linked with SLC5A9 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC5A9-to-partner and partner-to-SLC5A9 results are reported.
