Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC5A9 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,503 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC5A9-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC16A4, ZNF697, and PXMP2. Each is linked with SLC5A9 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC5A9-to-partner and partner-to-SLC5A9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC5A9 versus SLC16A4 in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.78.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC5A9→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC5A9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
