Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC5A4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC5A4-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP10-4, PGK2, and OR10D3. Each is linked with SLC5A4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC5A4-to-partner and partner-to-SLC5A4 results are reported.
