Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC5A11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,184 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC5A11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LIMA1_S686, SNX30, and EPB41L3_S962. Each is linked with SLC5A11 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC5A11-to-partner and partner-to-SLC5A11 results are reported.
