Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC5A11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,089 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC5A11-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Germ cell development, Regulation of proteasomal protein catabolic process, and Regulation of proteasomal ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process. Each is linked with SLC5A11 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC5A11-to-partner and partner-to-SLC5A11 results are reported.
