Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC5A11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC5A11-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10H5, TCP11X1, and PSKH2. Each is linked with SLC5A11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC5A11-to-partner and partner-to-SLC5A11 results are reported.
