SLC51A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC51A RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,737 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC51A-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCYT1A, LRCH3, and VPS8. Each is linked with SLC51A in more than 26 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC51A-to-partner and partner-to-SLC51A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC51A versus PCYT1A in ESCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC51A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC51A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
