The most reproducible SLC50A1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RBM47, TRMT1L, and MUC1. Each is linked with SLC50A1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC50A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC50A1 results are reported.
