SLC4A2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC4A2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,614 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC4A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RHOBTB3, HSPD1P11, and SOX4. Each is linked with SLC4A2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC4A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC4A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC4A2 versus RHOBTB3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.45.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC4A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC4A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
