Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC4A2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 600 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC4A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TCP11X1, TMEM52, and KHDC3L. Each is linked with SLC4A2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC4A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC4A2 results are reported.
