Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC4A11 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 43 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC4A11-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, TIGAR, and MEK1. Each is linked with SLC4A11 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC4A11-to-partner and partner-to-SLC4A11 results are reported.
