The most reproducible SLC4A11-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of protein localization to endoplasmic reticulum, Regulation of protein localization to endoplasmic reticulum, and Regulation of plasma cell differentiation. Each is linked with SLC4A11 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC4A11-to-partner and partner-to-SLC4A11 results are reported.
