Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC4A11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 583 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC4A11-associated genes across cancer lineages are IFNA14, MTFMT, and NUP43. Each is linked with SLC4A11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC4A11-to-partner and partner-to-SLC4A11 results are reported.
