Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC4A10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,300 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC4A10-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNAJC12, SLC25A12, and GZF1. Each is linked with SLC4A10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC4A10-to-partner and partner-to-SLC4A10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC4A10 versus DNAJC12 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.83.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC4A10→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC4A10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
