Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC4A10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,120 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC4A10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Purine ribonucleoside triphosphate metabolic process, Purine nucleoside triphosphate metabolic process, and Purine nucleoside triphosphate biosynthetic process. Each is linked with SLC4A10 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC4A10-to-partner and partner-to-SLC4A10 results are reported.
