Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC4A10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 261 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC4A10-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRRC74A, POMGNT2, and BANF2. Each is linked with SLC4A10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC4A10-to-partner and partner-to-SLC4A10 results are reported.
