SLC46A2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC46A2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 594 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC46A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are YPEL1, ESRP1, and APLP1. Each is linked with SLC46A2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC46A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC46A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC46A2 versus YPEL1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC46A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC46A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
