SLC45A1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC45A1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,450 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC45A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NOP2, RARS1, and RRP9. Each is linked with SLC45A1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC45A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC45A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NOP2 grouped by SLC45A1-low versus SLC45A1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC45A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC45A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
