The most reproducible SLC44A5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Gamma-aminobutyric acid signaling pathway, Regulation of myoblast fusion, and Positive regulation of mRNA metabolic process. Each is linked with SLC44A5 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC44A5-to-partner and partner-to-SLC44A5 results are reported.
