Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC44A4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,113 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC44A4-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM3D, PRKAB1, and TSPAN1. Each is linked with SLC44A4 in more than 24 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC44A4-to-partner and partner-to-SLC44A4 results are reported.
