Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC44A1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC44A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LEUTX, S100A7A, and LGALS16. Each is linked with SLC44A1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC44A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC44A1 results are reported.
