Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC41A2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,767 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC41A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are C4A, KISS1R, and IFIT3. Each is linked with SLC41A2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC41A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC41A2 results are reported.
