Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC41A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,379 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC41A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ABL2, ELK4, and SRGAP2. Each is linked with SLC41A1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC41A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC41A1 results are reported.
