Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC40A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,575 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC40A1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IQGAP2, SELENBP1, and NOL11. Each is linked with SLC40A1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC40A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC40A1 results are reported.
