Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC39A8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,687 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC39A8-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTAR1, MIR181A2HG, and DUTP6. Each is linked with SLC39A8 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC39A8-to-partner and partner-to-SLC39A8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC39A8 versus PTAR1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.62.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC39A8→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC39A8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
