Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC39A7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,537 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC39A7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cotranslational protein targeting to membrane, Multi-pass transmembrane protein insertion into ER membrane, and Endoplasmic reticulum to cytosol transport. Each is linked with SLC39A7 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC39A7-to-partner and partner-to-SLC39A7 results are reported.
