Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC39A5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,477 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC39A5-associated genes across cancer lineages are GIGYF1, GLTPD2, and SPPL2B. Each is linked with SLC39A5 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC39A5-to-partner and partner-to-SLC39A5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC39A5 versus GIGYF1 in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.
