The most reproducible SLC39A2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NDRG2, CHDH, and CLDN3. Each is linked with SLC39A2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC39A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC39A2 results are reported.
