Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC39A2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,092 significant associations in total. URINARY_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC39A2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of mast cell degranulation, Positive regulation of proteolysis, and NMDA selective glutamate receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with SLC39A2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC39A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC39A2 results are reported.
