Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC39A13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,789 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC39A13-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARHGAP1, POFUT2, and PPP1R9B. Each is linked with SLC39A13 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC39A13-to-partner and partner-to-SLC39A13 results are reported.
