SLC39A13

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC39A13 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,423 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC39A13-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS15AP27, RNA5SP205, and RNU1-35P. Each is linked with SLC39A13 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC39A13-to-partner and partner-to-SLC39A13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPS15AP27 grouped by SLC39A13-low versus SLC39A13-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC39A13→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC39A13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
