SLC38A4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC38A4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,857 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC38A4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MPP7, CCDC8, and URAD. Each is linked with SLC38A4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC38A4-to-partner and partner-to-SLC38A4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC38A4 versus MPP7 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC38A4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC38A4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
